Here is where you will find general information about chapter meetings. Upcoming events and programs are listed along the right side panel and the chapter meeting schedule is listed below, along with a sample agenda. We also provide links to chapter meeting details, including driving directions to our meeting sites. You can also browse through the calendar or Save These Dates.
Prices are displayed for our current chapter members who pre-register before a meeting's discount deadline, and include a full course buffet-style dinner, including dessert and coffee. If it's past the deadline, please add $5. Non-chapter members are welcome also, though at a slightly higher rate. We also offer a $10 "skip the dinner" option.

Chapter Meeting Ticket Change - Effective January 1, 2018
Starting in January, the "Pay at the Door" dinner tickets are no longer available. To receive the Early Bird discount, you will have to use the "Pay Now" ticket options. This will allow our meeting planner to accurately count the number wanting dinner and prevent over-payment for pre-ordered dinners when there is a cancellation or no-show.
Our cancellation policy remains the same, at this time. If you pay in advance and are unable to attend, you must send a notice to Director of Events before the event. You will be given a credit for a future chapter meeting.
Thank you for your support in this matter. We will continue to review our policies and if you have feedback, let us know.
Cancellations:
At no time shall the Board of this Chapter endanger any member, guest or invited speaker as a result of conducting a membership meeting or Board of Director’s meeting during unsafe driving conditions. The Board of Directors may cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen events. A notice will be posted on the website. In addition, you may contact the conference center directly for confirmation. If an event is canceled, contact us to receive a refund or apply your refund to another event. More information regarding the cancellation policy is available.
