James McKim is currently a Learning Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He is responsible for developing world-wide best-in-class learning solutions and learning environments using the ground-breaking technologies and methodologies. His work has been recognized by atd, Brandon Hall, and Bersin Associates.
Prior to joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise James co-founded several companies ranging from a management consulting firm specialized in the strategic use of information through both non-human and human means to an asset tracking provider. He was, also head of Information Technology at the internationally known non-profit US FIRST and an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at New Hampshire Technical Institute.
James believes strongly in giving back to the community. He is on the Episcopal Church’s National Executive Committee Anti-Racism Task Force. He has lead statewide organizations such as the Software Association of New Hampshire. He and sits on several corporate Boards including the Board of Directors for New Hampshire Public Television which has a strong focus on education.
James lives in Goffstown, New Hampshire with his wife Nancy and daughter Katherine. Where he is an avid tennis player, cross-country skier, and takes pride in directing his church choir.
