Sandra Hebert finished her Master of Science degree in Project Managent and received her certification as a Project Management Professional. She has been on the PMI New Hampshire Board of Directors as the Director Communications since January, 2017 and has been the Military Liaison for our NH chapter since November, 2017.
Sandra’s most recent employment has be with the Air Force New Hampshire Air National Guard (ANG), 157 Medical Group as the Superintendent for the CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Detachment. As an E-9, Chief Master Sergeant, Sandra has reached the highest rank for the enlisted force. As a recent military retiree, Sandra is well versed in maintaining personnel compliance and unit member satisfaction by providing opportunity to achieve personal challenges beyond duty requirements. In the process, members obtain a greater sense of self-actualization and community service.
Sandra understands the needs of the PMI NH chapter to recruit and retain its members through collaboration with local businesses and academic institutions. Her goal is to increase membership by 10%, maintain a 75% membership renewal rate by June, 2019. As the VP of Membership, Sandra would hold quarterly networking sessions for new and renewing members and endeavor to engage with members who live far from the major NH cities. She would encourage members to become engaged in our chapter while earning PDUs and exploring new skills.
